Involvement and Leadership:
I spent last semester abroad in Paris (which explains my picture above) furthering my French language and culture studies. I have taken French for 8 years, and in my first year of studying French, I had a goal of studying abroad in France. Completing that was an amazing accomplishment. While abroad, I was a contributing writer for The Peacock Post, a student-run online newspaper, which was an awesome experience for my Journalism major. I am involved with Greek Intervarsity, an organization where Greeks on campus can explore their faith with other students in Greek chapters. In high school, I experienced the thrill of staying up all night with my friends for a good cause in high school, when I was the captain for a Relay For Life team two years in a row in memory of my grandmother. That prompted my interest as a sophomore of participating in IUDM as an 18 hour dancer with my sisters in Alpha Delta Pi, which was a unique experience I will never forget. Currently, I am actively involved with Greek Intervarsity, an organization where Greeks on campus can explore their faith with other students in Greek chapters. In my free time, a little listicle (as we say in Journalism) of things I enjoy are photography, videography, anything outdoors like hiking, camping, or canoeing, sports, going to the gym, exploring music, and just hanging out with my amazing friends!
