I am very fortunate to be an undergraduate researcher in a biomedical lab here on campus. Although I have only been involved in the lab for a little over one semester, I have learned so much and grown significantly as a scientist. Furthermore, I am the internal social in AOII, which allows me to bring out my creative side when planning our formals and date parties. I am also very passionate about Dance Marathon and am so lucky to have had the opportunity to participate in four dance marathons thus far (two in high school and two at IU). Raising awareness for such an impactful organization and dancing for the kids who can't is beyond rewarding.
I am the Director of Membership of the Scholarship Advisory Committee, which is a team of academically talented IU scholars who work to recruit top-tier high school students to IU through various events. Also, I am a part of the Hutton Honors Council Association, which works to connect honors students in the Greek community through various social, academic, and philanthropic events. I am also a mentor in the Hutton Honors College Mentor Program and a Biology Undergraduate Teaching Assistant.
