Best Buddies: I'm currently the president of Best Buddies on IU's campus. Tshirt organization strives to create important and lasting relationships between college students and members of the Bloomington community with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I organize integral events for the chapter, check up on our 50+ matches, and make time to spend with my own buddy. Most of my time outside of school is dedicated to Best Buddies and making our organization successful and the best we can be! We're the largest chapter in the state of Indiana and while it is a lot of work, it's one of the most rewarding experiences I've come to have at IU.

Indiana University: I'm also a Peer Instructor for the X158 course here at IU. I teach two superset sections twice a week on top of my regularly scheduled classes. The X158 course is designed for students on academic probation and is a way to encourage students to do their best and regain good standing with the university. I take the time to get to know my students personally, and help them find their strengths and weaknesses as a student so that they can again excel in school and all they do.

Hoosier Hills Food Bank: Myself, along with a group of sisters, have taken the time out of our busy schedules in the past to help out the Hoosier Hills Food Bank. While there we package meals, cleaned the kitchen, aided with laundry, and got to know the people there.
